This could be a great way to remove some "negative" feelings for new users. I.E. the dreaded too many clicks issue.....

Rich text everywhere YES - and adding inline screen grabs for updates would increase usage of the platform. Since many user's don't want to create a word doc and then upload. Which technically defeats the purpose of being social....

Any updates on this - maybe R2-2018  this actually hurts new users - as in provides a vocal reason as to why they don't like the tool. As small as it is (no pun intended) this selection process is used often.

Our teams are finding it very difficult to groom their work in Workfront. Mostly due to how the page layout doesn't allow simultaneous views of backlog/stories in iteration. including how many points each person is contributing to in the iteration.
