  • If you are referring to submitting a ticket to Workfront Support, then after logging into Workfront One, you would click on the "Support" tab in the main navigation at the top, where you can then create a support case.

  • Hi Jill, once you login, go to “Groups” under the Collaboration tab. Then, click on the Group ‚Äì in this case, the “All Discussions” Group. At the top, you will see a drop-down menu for notification cadence, where you can change it from Weekly Digests to Daily.

  • Check you Filter, View and Grouping on your Template. Is this the same or different than your co-worker's?   • In your "My Settings", under Preferences, check to see if the following is checked off. If it is, then uncheck it. This will stop your documents automatically being converted to proofs when uploading. Terry Hynd EBSCO Information Services

  • I double checked my portfolios and even added a new one, and the optimizer is showing. I'm in Workfront Classic. I also went into Workfront Experience just to see, and the optimizer is showing up there as well. So, not sure what it could be. I was thinking maybe something changed on your layout temp...
