Everyone - I was able to contact Support to get this functionality (Admin Report tab for Boards) added to our instance. It's unclear to me why this was something I needed to request to be added, but you may wish to do the same. CC @CBuckwal @TinaHu1Ideias

Hi @Abka, you would leverage an Exists statement to accomplish this by essentially saying "show me all projects, with a status of Planning, where no tasks exist that are in a status other than New".
