Project Status - Workfront 17-03-2020
What's everyone doing with regard to project statuses for projects impacted by the COVID-19 crisis? We have events that are being managed in WF, but the event itself is cancelled or postponed. I think for the projects where the event is being postponed - the project status should be "on hold". Is anyone else experiencing this same scenario where projects are being cancelled or postponed? Hi Leslie! Thanks for your answer! We used to employ a tiering process with our previous system (I was on the client side at that time). When Workfront was implemented somehow that tiering process faded out. We had some staffing changes at the same time, so i think that may have played a part in it as well. Thank you! This is gret information. In our previous system we used Tiers, and then somehow when we transitioned to Workfront, we stopped tiering jobs. I wasn't working in the area at the time (I was on the client end). Carolyn Finney Independence Blue Cross

Issues - Planned Completion Date - Workfront 20-05-2019
Does anyone use Issues? I am new to WF (3 months) and the team of Creatives I work with rolled out a plan to open issues when there is a delay on a task (i.e. waiting for approval from a client on content). The Creative team does not think it's necessary for the Planned completion date to be populated, citing they cannot hold a client to any type of date.
