Thanks Kurt. We are now just assigning a singular parent task to the team in our template which puts a single card on their board. Then they self assign to the subtasks. Think that will work for now. Appreciate your answer!

We have a task within some of our Waterfall projects that is assigned to an Agile Kanban Team. The Agile team then converts that task into a story and manages their own subtasks. Is there a way to have the Story's subtasks also appear as subtasks within the Parent Waterfall project's task list too?

Please allow:1) multiple users to share/view/collaborate on requests while they are still in draft form. 2) the option to automatically route certain team's requests up through their manager for approval before it routes to the request queue.

Is there anything on the horizon to revisit this now that WF is an Adobe company?
