Do you use SSO in the office and she's logging in without her SSO credentials into a duplicate account that doesn't have her usual settings?

Our search is now working - I did have to clear my cache/cookies, but the results are coming through normal again 

I saw that too, then I received an email that they closed the issue (Adobe System Status issue #20220711046), so I opened a ticket for our instance. Thought we were just one of the unlucky instances, but looks like we're not alone.

Also missing is the "Add Users" button and I use that often. Luckily, Scheduling is still working for us inside a project, so I won't switch to the WB until we're forced to.

We sure are (my team hasn't used Classic in a couple years, and all users were migrated to NWE last March) - called support and they knew what I was going to say before I could speak. They said they're getting a slew of support tickets and trying to get it resolved asap.

Yes, that was our issue as well and kind of sad, but I never would have looked for that simple of a fix...  My question to support was why would that "nothing" grouping override what is created with a brand new report? Meaning, why would a brand new task report, created from scratch...

I have a user who I watched create two reports with groupings, and neither work for her. Even if I log in as her, the groupings don't work, but when I open the same reports, the groupings are there. I just opened a support ticket.
