Same experience as Heather here. We would also like to configure these buttons, they're just not useful as they currently work - no one wants to see inactive projects in their main view. They're so nice and easy to click, but we can't take advantage of them.

Nice! I always kind of wondered what that icon was for, but never actually looked into it. Apparently I had no issues just ignoring it... 

@Heather Kulbacki‚ did you find any resolution with your support ticket? All our issues are sitting as completed in the Request Queue - but they've all been converted to projects. Are you actually supposed to convert the issue to a project and then route that issue to the project? If that's the case...

I did the same thing, @Kelly Wehrmann‚ I thought my IT person was being difficult by not providing it, it's nice to hear everyone's reaction to this and know that he wasn't being overly protective. We talked to our CSM, but he wasn't able to provide any additional context.
