I run it on the person that needs to be swapped out. Then, looking at the report, I select all tasks, edit, and change the resource. Head's up...

The actual issue stays In Progress, but it's location moves to Complete. We would like it to stay under Open. I'm wondering if ...

  • Hi Lila, We have the end user do the clicking. In the beginning, we would have those that wouldn't mark their tasks complete. At first, I would go in and mark tasks done that I knew were done, but we have so many projects, it would take a good portion of the day to research all of them. Thankfully, ...

  • We use Completion Date for almost all projects because of hard deadlines, and our tasks are set to As Late As Possible because of availability to various physical resources required by the people assigned can change if done too early. Pros: When setting up the project, the start date (based on templ...

  • We have been doing the following for a couple of years, and it's been working well for us. 1) Copy approvals using Google docs 2) Design approvals by uploading PDFs in Workfront Proof 3) The email is coded, uploaded and a Litmus test is done to see if there are any issues with email clients 4) We us...

  • I'm requesting for more upvotes for the idea: New Home: Allow project-level documents and updates to display in Home There are many fields at the project level that are allowed to be displayed, but we would like the ability to display documents and updates on the Home that pertain to the project the...

  • When setting up new projects, many times we need new Programs (we use this for our campaigns). The issue we have is when the requester is setting up the new project, the program isn't listed. Then, they have to go to the portfolio to set up a new program and then go back to the projects to add the ...

  • When adding an ad hoc task inside the Kanban board, have it be listed in the Backlog rather than the New list. This way, it can be prioritized.
