  • I have someone on the team who is unable to add tasks to an existing template. They have the ability to manage the template through project sharing. They also have a Planned license. Does anyone know why this individual is unable to add a new task to a template? Thanks, Risa Wilson CHOA

  • They have Planner access and I have shared the Project and put them under Manage access.

  • Yes they can see the template they just can't cha he the project status.

  • Hello Can anyone help me figure out why when I created new templates, team members are no longer able to change the Project Status. It appears that the access settings are the same for the older templates which allowed them to edit the project status. I am stumped... Thanks Risa Risa Wilson CHOA

  • I have created a task report and would like to Group it showing the Project Owner and then Project Name and then all the tasks. All of the fields are visible except the Project owner. The project owner field is coming up "no value". What am I doing wrong? Risa Wilson CHOA
