Hello Can anyone help me figure out why when I created new templates, team members are no longer able to change the Project Status. It appears that the access settings are the same for the older templates which allowed them to edit the project status. I am stumped... Thanks Risa Risa Wilson CHOA

Hi Risa, I assume you're using the Project Sharing option under Template Actions (i.e not Template Sharing) and giving them Manage access.

Yes they can see the template they just can't cha he the project status.

Do they have a planner license?

They have Planner access and I have shared the Project and put them under Manage access.
