This issue is consistently a challenge for my team as well.  We would love to collapse sub-task lists, especially for request queue projects.  Has there been any follow-up or published solves?  I'm not finding anything by doing a search.

Is there a way to add the Proof Progress Icon (SOCD) to a View within the documents tab?  The best I can currently get is a text version (Sent, Opened, etc.) but would really like this to be an at-a-glance check for my users.  We are handling hundreds of proofs at a time so any visual cues will help...

I also have an issue with the size of the dropdown menu. A lot of the templates have the same or similar text to start the name so I have hover and wait for the entire name to show up before selecting. It certainly would help to have a larger menu. Thank you!
