Hi Jon, yes, it's an old feature that had already gone away with the deprecation of WF Classic, so that's why we were confused when we saw it in the profile area again. It's not impacting anything with layout templates, was just odd that it's reappearing in the first place.

Do you have a different tool for file saving like Box/Sharepoint/etc.? Could leverage those more if so and have parameters over what goes in WF (working files, reference files) vs. another tool (final files). Others have commented in other places on the desire to see proof stage activation stages, to compare activation date vs. decision date of a stage. Definitely a gap here!

Well now I'm confused too after doing some testing on my end. Cannot find anything in Documentation about Ready vs. Can Start, it seems like we're experiencing that they are different to WF. @NicholeVargas , my reporting guru, any thoughts on this?
