If you go to setup > interface > layout templates > choose the layout template > on the left side under "Customize what users see" choose Project > The overview section is listed on the right. You can uncheck some of those fields that you do not wat to see.

If a proof was created without a custom message, can the proof owner go in and add a custom message that will pick up for all of the remaining stages? I know they can message an individual stage but we are wondering if there is a way to add one message that will carry through to all of them.
