This is currently not possible with the current release of the AEP. Let's hope its done in the future, its rare but I can see the benefits of having it.

Ah I see, which hashing function are you using within the calculated field? Also, following the decryption are you masking the key words with ${}  ? Keywords:new, mod, or, break, var, lt, for, false, while, eq, gt, div, not, null, continue, else, and, ne, true, le, if, ge, return

Has the data been imported manually or is there a system pushing data?To rule out the basics, have you checked if its not pushing same data multiple times? It could be that it exported 38 times and system rightly processed one of them and marked the rest as duplicates. 

Has the data been cleaned before the import? i.e. it could be that the data has special character, null etc. Did you try converting the data to string before the import? Sounds more like a data issue to me.

For parquet files, the nesting and field name should match exactly the ones within AEP - Could you check and let me know if this is followed? Because, this could be one of the reason it has failed.

No, Adobe Experience Platform doesn't have package management natively for all the configurations carried out . Hopefully, Adobe will get to add it as a feature soon? Who knows?
