I haven't because they're still updating in two separate places. It's not a ton different compared to the home and projects page, but I'll try it and see what they think.

The only people who have access to the portfolio are system admins, but also all the projects are moved to an administration group which only admins are in and the assignments are cleared. Then the project disappears from the search of everyone save a few selected people.
