How can I get reports on jobs that come in as proofs only? They are loaded in what we still call "ProoffHQ" not Workfront.

Danna, when you say the jobs come in do you mean someone just uploads a proof and there is no project associated? I would use a custom view in proofHQ to build those reports. You can pull it into a dashboard via URL if you like.

Yes. There is I upload it as a proof only. There is no project associated with it otherwise.

I do not have a custom view option that I can find. Do I need to be a admin to have that option?

No you do not. Here's how you do it:

1. Select the view option in Workfront Proof.
2. Select the icon with 3 bars and a + sign in the top left panel
3. Build your custom view!
