Can you use a combination of reports and project/task approvals? I'm not sure what the specifics of your process look like, but it seems that you could build this out fairly easily. Happy to discuss more.

Interested to see how other people work with this. We're running into a pretty consistent issue of projects being canceled halfway through the proof routing. How do ya'll handle this on a large scale?

We have the same issue and I ended up just having to duplicate the custom field because I couldn't figure this out...would also love an answer on this for future reference.

Skye for the win! This is what we do. The documents can be uploaded in the initial request with the custom form and go automatically into the documents section of the request when it's been submitted.

Depending on the depth of your notes, paragraph custom fields would possibly work. The 21.2 release is increasing the capacity of those next week so we can add hyperlinks and such.

You could get creative with a dashboard and pull in a notes report for the updates portion and then pull the home screen in at the top. This is far more clunky than Classic, but it has the same effect of having your document approvals in one spot and recent updates in another.
