  • Has anyone created a calculated metric to get the weighted average of visit number? It's something I use often when examining customer journey, and I often extract the data to Excel. I'm wondering if it can be done in Workspace to save time.

  • I need to get device type information on a list of 2,000 IDs. We store these IDs in eVar15. A lot of device types show as none even though I see the IDs existing in our data feed. I can't query the data feed table becuase the device column wasn't ever loaded.

  • I like this approach, but the problem is that I'm measuring bounce rate for a registration page, so a single page visit is likely in this case. Maybe I can add on to your calculation with other contraints, where scroll events don't exist, or where time on page is low.

  • This is an interesting workaround. I'll give it a shot.

  • Is there an alternative way to report on Bounce Rate?Or, can you define a bounce to happen where hits <=2? Bounce rate does not work for us traditionally, because we have a chat bot that fires an event on every page, followed by a secondary hit to an audience tool (Bombora).  I know that single page...

  • A visit would make sense, the trouble is that you never know which visit they may view the checkout funnel. My current workaround is taking the average visit number of when the checkout funnel is seen and then looking at activity prior to that visit number, but it's not ideal. I agree - sequential s...

  • I'm tryin to compose a segment where a user enters our site for the first time and then eventually (at some point in their user journey) enters our checkout process. I want to see all pages they consumed before reaching the checkout URL, but I don't think the Sequential Segment I built is giving me ...

  • Thank you and I appreciate both versions of feedback - But is "Hit" really the scope that I'm after if I'm looking for people who have never visited a pricing page? I would assume excluding at the visitor level means that it would exclude all people who have ever had the pricing page in their cookie...

  • I currently have a segment at the VISITOR level where Page Name DOES NOT CONTAIN pricing. However, when I build a freeform table in Workspace, and break down Page Name by Unique Visitors, pricing pages still show up. The only way to get the segment to work is at the hit-level, which makes no sense s...
