Hi @debanjanab15925, I suspect this is happening because of the timezone. Is the birth date "Date" field or "Date Time"? If datetime, then we need to ensure that it's always converted to UTC time. If this issue is happening even with the date field, then definitely raise a ticket with Adobe.
