@Vijayalakshmi_S I was able to resolve the dependencies by using the maven bundle plugin for the Box SDK Bundle. Your example pom.xml was very helpful. Thank you, I really appreciate your help on this.

@Vijayalakshmi_S I have deployed the Box SDK dependencies as their own bundles in AEM, and added them as required bundles in the Box SDK Bundle. However, the workflow still fails when calling the Box API. The following is the manifest.mf of the Box SDK Bundle. Manifest-Version: 1.0 Bundle-ManifestVersion: 2 Bundle-Name: BoxSDK Bundle-SymbolicName: BoxSDK Bundle-Version: 1.0.0 Automatic-Module-Name: BoxSDK Export-Package: com.box.sdk;version="2.53.0";uses:="com.box.sdk.http,com.box.sdk.internal.u...

@Vijayalakshmi_S I created an OSGi bundle for the Box SDK as per this article in the "Add the org.json.simple.JSONObject data type" section: https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/using/custom-sling-servlets.htmlThe exported packages in the manifest.mf are all packages from the Box SDK and the bundle is able to be resolved in AEM. I also installed the minimal-json jar bundle that is a required dependency for the Box SDK.

Hi @Vijayalakshmi_S, thank you for this information. I have created a Box Application to use the Server Side Authentication with JWT to authenticate to the Box API. The current plan is to submit the adaptive form to a custom workflow process that calls the Box API. As per: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/forms/adaptive-forms/custom-process-step-aem-workflow.html?lang=en#adaptive-forms However, I am encountering an issue when calling the Box API from within the AE...

Hello everyone, From my understanding of the forms portal in AEM, you can only see drafts & submissions submitted by yourself. In the use case where someone with a group admin role wants to see all drafts & forms submitted from their group, how can that be achieved?

Hello everyone, I wanted to know what the suggested method to integrate AEM with Box.com would be. Box is a cloud storage solution. The use case would be to use AEM Forms as the front end to capture information and generate a PDF upon form submission. Once submitted, the PDF will also be sent from AEM to Box to be stored. Box provides an API reference, but I am not sure how to start to create this integration with AEM.https://developer.box.com/reference/

Hi Girish, I am currently trying to reimplement this on my own but I am new to Maven so maybe I am building the project incorrectly. When deploying my bundle based on the linked tutorial, I do not see the"com.techmarketing.core.impl.AemformWithDB" service component and it also has less imported packages compared to the provided bundle in the tutorial. Is there a walkthrough of the Maven portion of this tutorial as well? That would be really helpful. Thank you.

Thank you! This is unrelated, but is it possible for secured PDFs to be merged with DDX without their passwords? The use case would be similar to Adobe Sign, where all attachments can be rendered and merged regardless if they are secured or not.

Hi workflowuser, is it possible to make a slight change to the bundle? Currently, the process only supports the assembly of static document, and breaks when a dynamic document is attached. From the DDX reference guide, it suggests the use of the NoForms element as the child of the PDF element. Is it possible for you to add the NoForms element to each PDF element, so the bundle supports dynamic documents as well? Thank you for all your help.

Is there documentation on how to use a FDM with a dynamic XDP DoR? When editing the adaptive form, it only shows/binds the fields available in the data source. How do you bind these fields with the fields in the XDP?

In the generate non-interactive PDF workflow step, there is an option to tag the output PDF to make it accessible. Is there a similar method to do this with the Generate Document of Record step? Thank you

Hello, we are using the Search & Lister component for our forms portal, and would like to change the hover-over tooltips for the search bar and filter button objects highlighted below:Is there documentation to change the tooltip for the objects, and is it possible to also change the "Full Text Search" text in the search bar? I have examined the body.jsp of the component, but found no references to change the tooltips. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

How would you use Adobe sign to send to all emails in the dynamic table? I only see the option to assign to one email at a time under the adobe sign settings in the adaptive form. Would it have to be uploaded and done directly in Adobe Sign, after the adaptive form is filled?

Use case:A user enters an email into each row of a dynamic table. Once the adaptive form is submitted to the workflow, there should be an assign task for each email for review and signature. I have tried using an array list for the email variable in the workflow, but the step only lets you choose 1 assignee. Is it possible to use the assign task step for a dynamic number of emails in a table?

I have changed the arguments, and i still get the issue. It works when there are 18 attachment elements, but not when there are more. The same problem happens in the repeating bankstatements panel. It works when there are less than 20 attachments
