Survey portals like Survey Monkey doesn't use our Adobe Launch code so even if I pass UTM to the survey URL then also how can I track that? Don't you think it need our's site launch adobe tracking code to enable tracking?

This is not serving the purpose. This is a dynamic chat. I want to understand if the list of email address folders is pushed as the audience to audience manager then will that work in targeting the right audience? How Target will identify the visitors based on a marketo list of email addresses?
