Hi @CSLTGUPTAA - we had something similar to this happen recently and its under investigation by Adobe. When we had a filtering dimension that was different (but related) to our targeting dimension, a simple split (random 50% + Compliment) would not split correctly - there were always targets missing in the compliment. The only way we got it to work properly was to use the same filtering dimension as the targeting dimension, do the 50/50 split then change dimension after the split.Cheers Darren

The continuous delivery uses the same delivery instance on every execution, so the logs are appended into every time it is run. It will continue to use the same logs until a change is detected in the template which will then trigger a new delivery instance. Recurring delivery creates a new set of logs each time the delivery is executed as it is a separate delivery instance. Cheers Darren

Hi Rama - you would typically usually use a continuous delivery when you are sending a delivery more than once per day. Recurring delivery is usually used for a delivery that is sent less than once per day. There are no hard and fast rules, but the continuous delivery is used to take some processing overhead off the system for preparing the delivery itself.https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-classic-learn/tutorials/sending-messages/email-channel/recurring-deliveries.htmlOne other dif...

Hi @alik98709228 - If the sFTP account you are trying to create an external account for requires key-based authentication, then unfortunately you cant use an external account for this. sFTP external accounts in Campaign only support username/password authentication type.If you want to use key-based authentication to transfer files via sFTP then you can use a Javascript execCommand() activity to run curl / sftp using keys https://stackoverflow.com/questions/3250840/curl-for-sftp-with-private-key-...

Hi @pradeep_07 - It depends on whether your Analytics connectors for your different domains will point to different reporting suites or not. If they are the same reporting suite then you should be able to use the same connector but change the enrichment formula to add in some attributes from the schema you are using in the workflow, to distinguish the different domain somehow. I would reach out to Adobe or a local specialist partner (who does both Campaign and Analytics) to get some idea of the ...

Hi @pradeep_07 - The data that is sent over to Analytics by Campaign is fixed to a number of variables by the Genesis connector itself. You can enrich the URL that the connector uses and add in some custom attributes that you require to be tracked and these will be picked up on the website side.Have a read here on how to enrich the calculation formula in the external account: https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-classic/using/getting-started/connectors/adobe-analytics-data-connector.h...

Normally, FTP servers will prefix in your browser with e.g. ftp://fileshare.XX(companyname)XX.com/ - check that you actually have SFTP access to this area. Then have a look at the documentation for Campaign sFTP external account: https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-standard/using/administrating/application-settings/external-accounts.html#sftp-external-accountCheck that there is network access between the Campaign server and t...

The proof targets are random substitution emails. I have tried recreating the delivery from scratch only copying the HTML and Text part across and the same issue happens. What is strange, is if we create a new workflow from scratch on Stage, the issue doesnt seem to happen

We have a weird issue that when we try to proof a delivery on our Staging instance, and select "Enable proof sending" in the Approvals, the target population drops to zero when there are non-zero amount of targets. There are no targets being removed by typologies (I removed all typologies), duplicates or blacklisting. If we uncheck "Enable proof sending" in the Approvals, the target population returns to normalThis doesn't happen with exactly the same campaign and delivery on our production insta...

I would suggest you have a look at a typical setup that involves application server redundancy and you will get an idea of what is involved: https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-classic/using/installing-campaign-classic/deployment-types-/enterprise-deployment.html

You will need to be an administrator usually but click on Home > Monitoring then look for sms@ in the Processes List. Then click "Open the log journal" and you will see the service logs for the sms process. Look for any error messages for the SMPP process

I have definitely ran into the same restrictions as you doing individual REST calls from the temporary workflow schema, which is why for transactions like yours we have opted to batch these using S3 buckets and process them externally. If you use something like AWS Lambda + S3 this shouldnt be too difficult to do in real time.

Hi @andrewm_asw - If you already actively use Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in your organisation I would recommend that, but I wouldn't recommend buying AEM just to do Campaign templates. Its very expensive to license, set up and maintain. There is also Dreamweaver, which might be worth a look, but still requires you to hand code things like responsive design. There are a lots of email design tools out there, but one good one is Dokio. Hi Navin - this sounds like your corporate VPN is set up for split tunneling. Basically it means that any traffic that belongs to your organisation will be tunnelled down the VPN and any non-work traffic goes out to the normal internet via your router. Its a way of reducing corporate VPN traffic with everyone working from home.Adobe campaign is set up to whitelist your office IP addresses (ie your VPN addresses) so you can either whitelist your home router IP address in the Campaign Control Pane...

Hi @roro_coeur - This is a known issue with JS activities. You only have a finite amount of memory available to execute the javascript and depending on how much processing you want to do, you can run out of available memory to do processing or to spawn execCommand processes like you found. I would see if there is a way you can batch these external requests rather than doing individual requests.Another option is to only process 10k records at a time in your JS activity and then loop around again ...

Hi @alik98709228 - You can install Windows using Boot Camp on the Mac or use other options like VirtualBox to host a Windows virtual image. Another option is using Virtual Desktop Infrastructure using something like Azure VDI or RDS remote windows hosts. Hi @wALF - you can look into using some essential tools, like Litmus and Validity (ReturnPath) to track your structure and deliverability. Litmus will help you check different client renderings plus give you lots of advice on the structure of your emails and make suggestions on how to improve these.ReturnPath allows you to send your emails to their seed lists to monitor how your emails are delivered and for some ESPs which folder your emails end up in. It will also tell you the % of emails that ...

That is one way to do it I suppose. If all you are doing is duplicating an existing Campaign and all its assets you might be better off looking for a Duplicate object API instead. I'm unsure of what your use case is here so its hard to tell what you are trying to achieve by creating a Campaign purely from API

You shouldn't have any issues capturing requests using Fiddler if your instance is cloud hosted. Ours is hosted and I have used Fiddler before to capture traffic. You also shouldnt have any issues creating Campaigns remotely. Just make sure you secure the external user account to API use only and set a good password on it. I would reccomend using SoapUI to set up the WSDL files and test the services you have captured in Fiddler.
