I checked in crx/de on the publisher and indeed my content fragment did not have read permission for anonymous/everyone.

Thanks Brian, Yeah, my problem was that I was setting up the policy permissions in the Asset folders by pointing to the Folder of the models, not the models themselves. All good now.

hi folks,This is solved now. The problem was that on the Assets folder, Policies property, I was selecting the folder with the Content Fragment models in it. However, it looks like I should have selected the actual Content Fragment model(s) that I wanted.  Thanks everyone for your help.

For Content Fragment RTE, I added aem-touchui-font-size-plugin in 6.5.18 and it worked fine.I just had to add lodash.js to the clientlibs directory and include it in the txt.js file.This gives you different sized text and text colour/background colour for your content fragments.
