  • Um...interesting. Have you tried placing a subform first then the 2 images within the subform? I just tried in Livecycle with a the main Subform Content set to Flowed. Then I brought in another subForm where I wanted the 2 images and then placed 2 image fields within that subform, making sure "snap ...

  • George, thank you for calling me on my BS. I went and checked my tablet optimized PDFs that some of my bosses use and you are 100% correct: they are not XFA, but standard AcroForms. I apologize for my mistake. My calculations were done in Acrobat Pro X using the standard form builder and not in Live...

  • Calculations didn't show up in the Adobe Reader for Tablet versions of iOS and Android until the 11/18/2012 update to both apps (see link below). It sounds like some outdated apps if you ask me. Ever since the update I have gotten both custom calculations, JavaScript and FormCalc to work in tablet v...

  • Sure, but I am not sure it would work in the specific way you want. You can create a custom Submit button with an address of mailto: josh@yahoo.com (sample email address) and then set a postSubmit function for the print box to pop up. I do not believe you can set the copies to 3, but you can set eve...

  • Perhaps what you are talking about is a Master Page. When you open Livecycle you should see 4 tabs at the top of the actual page: Design View, Master Pages, XML Sourve and Preview PDF. The Design View is of course what we are all familar with and that is where you design forms. The Master Page is a ...

  • This would be a perfect case for the Action Builder. What you can do is create a standard button called "Reset". Then from the Action Builder (Tools - Action Builder), create a new action  with the condition of "when button (Reset) is clicked" and then the result change it to "set value of (object) ...

  • The lowercase z is the value for 0 and then as you know 9 is the value for a digit. So if you have something with 4 zeros you could do something like zzzz999999. So when the user types in 000012345 the 4 zeros will stay put.

  • Sure, but it isn't as easy as the tab order. I do not believe their is a way to have multiple tab orders, if I am following your question right. What you could do is set up an Action Builder with a condition of when the Inital radio button is selected to set the focus to the secondary set of radio b...

  • It sure is possible. I have been doing it for quite some time now and this would be a perfect situation for the Action Builder if coding in FormCalc is not your thing, but I can give you both.. I will use a sample form for the demo so if the lingo doesn't match up to your form, let me know or if you...

  • I have had this problem with my job. Unless you are using some type of server application to gather the data, linking to other forms is not possible (as far as I understand). I had a similar problem and what I did was merge all of the documents into 1 document and set them to hidden. My master page ...
