hi @avri , You need to use a js activity to transfer files from your sftp to ACC as the sftp is not hosted on acc server.Or easiest solution will be to use AWS (s3 bucket) directly as external accountThanks,David

Hi @bhjeong you can use a time constraint activity in your workflow to avoid sending during a time period. In screenshot below SMS are sent only between 9 AM - 9 PM.On top of that you can also modify you delivery properties by setting 0 retry and change the delivery duration to 1 day. Thanks,David

Hi,Check in your deliveries properties SMTP tab. It's probably using a parameter that is calling the recipient table.If not check your typology rules if there is List unsubscribe for your notification template. One warning, you should not check the box to execute in the engine.Thanks,David

hi, It's a known issue on PostgreSQL. You should change you column names to lowercase.Alternatively, you can create a view with columns to lowercase letter but it's not the best solution compared to changing the column names itself in the table, as views will have performance impacts. Thanks,David

You should use message center for this cases if you want your recipient/user to receive an email after your api call. from the marketing instance, i will recommend to send api call to recipient table and trigger a workflow every 10-15 min. ThanksDavid

Hi Ritu, When you're creating a new target mapping, it will ask you to create dependencies (broadlog, tracking, subscriptions, offers etc) tables during the process.
