This doesn't quite address my question.If the report is supposed to show the just the next page of a given sequence, how can there ever be duplication?  What's an example where there are two sequences where duplication exists and the report must account for it?

Having to change from the default of 10 lines is really a time eater.  The display simply doesn't update quickly. It would be much more convenient to be able to save a new default (probably 50 in my case).

@bengaines, does removing reloads also include adding an "Entry Paths Only" option? I ask because that filter is really valuable in Next Page Flow when looking at home and campaign landing pages.
