This sounds like an implementation change might be responsible for the jump in discrepancy. I would also audit the technology used to access your site to determine potential differences in sources of traffic (i.e. browsers blocking javascript, increase in bot traffic, etc.).

As a follow-up to this post, report builder can automatically convert ExcelClient created data blocks, so if you have a copy of the delivered report as it was scheduled from ExcelClient v13.5, you can easily upgrade to a report builder scheduled workbook.

The latest version of the Clickmap plugin is 2.3.26. If the version installed is different from this, try clearing your browser cache and download the plug-in again.
