Hi Team,

I created a streaming Segment in CDP, Activated it to a Destination : named : Test_MyRef_GetSupportFormStart

Set it up Incremental every 3 hours. The first full load run failed with the error code : ACTBTC-1000-400

Description for the Error in Monitoring is as attached.

Is this a general Error? Because the next cycle after 3 hours of incremental activation was successful. Please suggest.

Can you copy and paste the error message to the thread?  The image appears to be unreadable.

An internal Platform error has occurred. The dataset does not contain any data or the dataset format is not supported. The error is Table not provisioned for dataset: 65ddd012460c202ca00b7782 at abfss://gen1@datalakeilv6ipb7n73a8e7p.dfs.core.windows.net/platform/65ddd012460c202ca00b7782. To prevent this error either add data to the dataset or specify withAutoProvisionTableEnabled(true) when calling this operation. The data export parameters are flowId=0f8987aa-9dfc-4f27-8c75-ba91b5bf4275 datasetId=65ddd012460c202ca00b7782. Please check the dataset content and try again. If the problem persists, please contact customer support.

@Barry_Mann @brekrut from the backend, dataset 65ddd012460c202ca00b7782 is a web Experience Event dataset. It is not profile-enabled and also appears to be empty.

if the dataSet 65ddd012460c202ca00b7782 is not enabled for profile this would explain the dataflow error message. The error message does indicate it was enabled for profile at one point.

I would open a ticket with support as this dataSet is not part of the UPS and the export dataflow is expecting this dataSet to be present.

Can you please provide the details for dataSet

65ddd012460c202ca00b7782.

I am curious if this is the Profile Export or Snapshot dataSet in the Adobe RTCDP environment.

The error message is interesting because the activation dataflow will look at UPS enabled dataSets.

Was dataSet 65ddd012460c202ca00b7782 enabled for profile initially and then removed from profile?

@Barry_Mann This is for a different sandbox but I see no trace of that dataset (662fa11be36e4b2c9eaa1727) in our tools:

This dataset could not be found. It either does not exist or it may have been deleted.

At this stage, based on the initial error 'message=An internal Platform error has occurred', I'd advise you to reach out to the Support teams by raising a ticket. They can create an access / impersonation request to deep dive into this issue as it happens and will relay to our Engineering teams if further verification is needed.
