How to prepare for certification, Where I can get the mock test.? Which are the best resources available

You have  a practice exam, under the practice tests inside the Adobe Credential System. Please find attached a screenshot.

Whereas you taking either the developer or business practitioner I recommend you taking this course: Adobe Experience Platform Foundations Course.

Afterwards for business practitioner you can follow this guide and for developer this one.

For other questions related, you can just deep dive inside the community or if your company has  it you can find more docs at Solutions Partner Portal.

How helpful are the practice tests available on the Solutions Partner Portal? Are they patterned the same way as the real exam? If I do well on these practice tests, does it mean I'll likely do well on the final exam?

Hi @SachinJa4,

Practice tests available on the Solutions Partner portal will help you to understand the concepts and the mechanic covered within the exam. You may find some questions of the practice tests in the real exam. In any case, it is not an indicator that you will do well in the final exam, it's just and understanding what areas you have better and what areas you need to improve.
