Average Profile Richness - Removed from License Usage?

Avatar

Community Advisor

Hi all,

Can anyone confirm if Average Profile Richness metric has been removed from the License Usage section of their dashboard in AEP? We are currently no longer able to see it in our sandboxes.

Thanks,

David

Hello @DavidRoss91 ,

I reviewed the latest release notes and the usage guide at the following URL:

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/release-notes/2024/september-2024#das...

It mentions that it has been replaced by Total Data Volume.

Hello @DavidRoss91

As mentioned in the post below the Average profile richness has been replaced with the total volume metric.

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/landing/license/total-data-volume

Total Data Volume represents the total amount of data available for Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time Customer Profile to use in engagement workflows. This value is equivalent to the Addressable Audience metric multiplied by the Average Profile Richness.

Please refer to the FAQ in the link I have posted above.
