Audience Waterfall Reporting Capabilities

Good afternoon RTCDP community,

My team would like to generate audience waterfall reports for auditing and analysis purposes. Ideally, the waterfall report would look something like the following:

Sequence Number	Process Name	Remaining Profile Count	Logic
1	Starting Customer Population	100,000	Customer ID exists
2	Audience Inclusion Criteria	20,000	Number of accounts > 2
3	Exclusion: Out of footprint	18,000	Out of Footprint Indicator = 1
4	Exclusion: High Net Worth Customers	17,000	HNW Cust Indicator = 1

We were wondering if RTCDP or other Adobe tools have this sort of capability to generate exportable reports which include audience inclusion/exclusion criteria and how profiles drop-out as a result.

This is a really good question. Would love to know if there are any capabilities in AEP maybe using dashboards or data distiller to accomplish this. I think you could utilize CJA for this but probably not as simple of a solution as using RTCDP.

Our company is currently considering RTCDP and AJO and this question came up as we're highly dependent on Waterfall Reports. Is there currently anyway to replicate this in AEP?

Currently, there is no waterfall reporting capability like the one I described available in RTCDP. We needed a custom solution build by Adobe Consulting Services to get this kind of output. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

@Adobe_WanKenobi do you know in any of the future releases, any Waterfall count capability has been rolled out?
