Depending on how the LP is configured. It will either update the Preference and Consent field group in profile or the subscription services again they are part of the same field group.

Hi @Michael_Soprano,

The main fields that update when a user opts in or out are:

consent.marketing.email.status,

consent.marketing.sms.status,

consent.marketing.push.status and so on for other channels.

 

You can verify the opt in & opt outs in Profiles section. Go to Profiles -> check for a particular user and then navigate to consent & preferences section to check profile consent.
