The entire site is too bloated.

I have used Adobe LR and PS for years, but today had the need to use the Adobe web site to change my method of payment to annual in order to save the newly added $5 monthly increase.  The site says I cannot access that page, even though I am properly logged in to my account.

The bloat in the Adobe web site is positively overwhelming and I find it next to impossible to find or execute any particular item.

I have no idea if I'm sending this to the right resource, inasmuch as the "Contact Adobe" function is as bloated and obscure as the rest of the site.
