IP warming with non OOTB feature

Hi, I need to build a 30-day IP warming campaign divided into 6 phases. I can't use the OOTB AJO feature because some profiles may be contacted more than once. For example, someone who received a communication on day 3 might also receive one on day 17, which isn’t possible with the new IP warming feature.

What would you recommend for handling this? Should I create one campaign per day or one journey per day (meaning one campaign/journey for each day)?

I'd really appreciate your best practice recommendations on this.

Thanks a lot!

@Silvio6 May I know how many runs are there in each phase? Do you think it would be possible to create more phases with just one run per phase?

With Profile Target in previous runs, profiles from earlier runs within the same phase get excluded. However, if you plan only one run per phase, this issue wouldn’t occur.

If the above option is not feasible, you could consider a second approach:
Use Query Service to identify all excluded profiles, create a separate audience for them, and then target them through another campaign or journey via another phase. This would slightly delay communication to end user, but it may help address the issue.

Hi! Here my 6 phases plan:

I think 2nd option is not possible because client wants to see reports by day..

I was thinking something like 30 campaigns with 30 audiences (1 per day) so client can have more control about reporting and executions.

Hi @Anuhya-Y,

Can you please confirm if @Silvio6's approach is a viable option?

Thanks!

Creating 30 campaigns is a bit of a tedious effort, but if it offers better control and clarity, can proceed with the approach.
