"You can also use this mechanism to perform an action when there is no reaction to your messages. To do this, create a second path parallel to the reaction activity and add a wait activity. If there is no reaction during the period defined in the wait activity, the second path will be chosen. You can choose to send, for example, a follow-up message."
Second Parallel path should start from the email acton right in this scenario like in the attached screenshot?

@Indra Second parallel path mentioned in the documentation talks about time-out path configuration in reaction activity. When you configure the reaction activity once you select the timeout checkbox define the delay time (ex. 1 day) and check the "set a timeout path". What this allows us to do when someone gets a message is if they click it will take them directly to the next activity configured which is another message (Email1) shown in the screenshot. If the profiles didn't click within the 1 day then send a reminder message.
Thanks for the reply satheesh.
But as per the document it says
"Create a second path parallel to the reaction activity and add a wait activity. If there is no reaction during the period defined in the wait activity, the second path will be chosen."
Timeout path cannot be parallel path right ?
