Errors that's saying not be able to validate at this time no matter what I apply even with text words

Can someone please help me with this why no matter what I put the value is not allowed to validate. is the mistake made by me or something related to the configuration setup was wrong, as example in image I just selecting one profile attribute still giving me errors:
