I am not able to see/enable the conditional content in an email template which is imported into AJO. Is this capability available only for email templates build within AJO ?

@DN1191 Yes, this feature is available for email templates created with the AJO email designer. You can try using the HTML converter to enable the dynamic content option.

Otherwise, you will need to recreate the template from scratch using the AJO email designer or build it with custom code using "code your own" option that incorporates the necessary conditions.

Thanks, Sathees

@SatheeskannaK  thank you for the response, looks like this feature is only available for templates build in AJO, in my case these templates are coming from Stensul through the integration and I could not get the html.

@DN1191 Yes. One of the reasons underlying rules to drive dynamic content resides within AJO.
