I am facing the following Alerts as :
"The selected audience has not been evaluated yet. The audience must be evaluated before a campaign can be activated"
I have audience defined with no issue and it's the batch evaluation segment. I do not know what's wrong with the audience I added to DM.
please advise.

Seems your segment evaluation is not happening. For the details, I will suggest to reach out to Adobe Support as through the UI, there is no indication.
You can run some API calls and get the details

Hi @chrisyan ,
It means your audience was created recently (less than 24 hours) and it needs to be evaluated (batch evaluation happens once a day) before you can use it.

the Audience I added to DM was created 7 days ago. that's strange.

Can you check in your audience properties if it was published, when the last evaluation happened or if the audience was not deactivated?
In my case this audience was deactivated.

mine is as above and I can see qualified profiles using "view profiles" but idk why it shows in dashboard as 0

the last evaluation is not showing. The view profiles is just a sample. Something is blocking your audience evaluation.
You may need to review the criteria or check the monitoring to get more details on the evaluation

thank you! here is the monitor that shows no runs for all audiences defined. but how come to know the details why is not run. is the error coming from composition of audience I created or something else?
