ajo_message_feedback_event_dataset and other AJO datasets

Hi, I am trying to extract some information from the AJO datasets, and I would like to know some more details about some of the fields.

For example, what are all the values that can shows under

_experience.customerJourneyManagement.messageDeliveryfeedback.feedbackStatus

and what is their meaning> I can see stuff like sent, delay, error, exclude. I would also expect something like bounce, but what else?

Is there a DETAILED documentation on these tables and what they contain?

Please note I already saw this one: Journey Optimizer Schemas, and the descriptions are very brief and do not answer my question.

So my question is: ca I find somewhere a more detailed description of the fields, especially the ones with a finite number of valid values, like feedbackstatus above?

Thanks

Following are the enum values that you will find against the "_experience.customerJourneyManagement.messageDeliveryfeedback.feedbackStatus" attribute in message feedback event schema

Thanks, this makes sense, and it helps. However, in the field description it says:

"Not all enums are used for all the channels, so follow the detailed documentation." The same it says in this documentation I cited above: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/tools/ajo-schemas/schema-dictionary.html?lang=en

I was wondering what is this "detailed documentation"?

In the meantime, I will mark this answer as correct, Thanks.

Hi @GabrielaNa1 ,

I don't think there is a GA detailed documentation on these enumerations.

"Not all enums are used for all the channels, so follow the detailed documentation." --> it means as example for SMS channel, delay is not available, or bounce is not available for Direct Mail channel

Thanks,

David
