As part of our customer 'journey' process flows, there are times where we have to send regulatory letters, promotional letters via Direct Mail channel for particular segment (audience). We are in need of following 2 integration patterns for Print shops depending on the print vendor -
1) AJO sends data feed (sftp); and Print vendor maintains templates, print, package and delivery
2) AJO would manage template and PDF creation for letters for vendors (sftp). Vendor manages print, package and delivery
To summarize, in #1 client sends data and print-shop manages creative design, personalization based on the data received.
In #2, client manages creative design, personalization and print shop manages the logistics of printing and packaging/delivery.
As per the AJO documentation, looks like #1 is available only in the campaign use-cases and that too for non-HIPAA shield clients (We have AJO with HIPAA shield). Can these 2 DM use-cases be achieved (either now or upcoming releases) in AJO for journeys?
