Adobe Journey Optimizer EM campaign failed

Hi There,

 

I am having an issue that I kicked off one test email to send with one profile, but its action failed saying by the 24 hours report

Error reasonErrors
No email address found in profile1

 

That's strange because it's populated by looking via profile option with specific namespace and ID. My thought is if emailaddress field was created by my tenantID in schema is properly connecting to email campaign. 

 

please advise.

Kindly check if the email address parameter defined (in the email node) is the same as the one you see on the profile https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/configuration/primary-email-addre...
