Hi There,

 

Recently there is change in adobe certification portal .  now with the new portal i am not able to schedule for my AJO exam. Not seeing any proper document/link to follow. 

Home --> Certification Catalog --> AD0-E606 Adobe Journey Optimizer Developer Expert


with the above navigation  , it is re directing to the following link ,  but there is no option to use my voucher and schedule for my exam.

Link I have when logged in is https://certification.adobe.com/certification/journey-optimizer-developer-expert?tab=certificate5 (path is Home Certification > Home > Certification Catalog > Adobe Journey Optimizer Developer Expert)

When i use the link which you have shared , I can only able to navigate the above screen . But it is not giving me any option to use my voucher and schedule my exam.

@Tof_Jossic  , Please see my response above. Seems like something is missing in the portal which is not showing any option to use my company voucher and schedule for my exam.

I'll also ask internally but the above form is probably the first step here.

yesterday 24th Oct , I have converted my IBM voucher in to xvoucher . But when i try to schedule exam in adobe site it is not showing option to schedule my exam. Please review and revert.

Hi,

 

Can somebody help here. I have scheduled my exam for AJO - BP but the TAKE EXAM never showed up at the exam time. Wondering how i can take the exam.

In guardian browser too i dont see the scheduled session for the exam scheduled.

Check Time Zone and Schedule:

  • Ensure that the time zone set for your exam matches your current location.
  • Verify the scheduled exam time in your confirmation email or exam portal to confirm that the timing hasn't changed or that there are no errors in the scheduling.

Guardian Browser Issues:

  • If you are using Guardian Browser, try closing and reopening the browser.
  • If the exam session is not visible in Guardian Browser, ensure that you are logged into the correct account associated with your exam and that the session is active.

Restart Guardian Browser:

  • Close Guardian Browser completely and then reopen it. This refresh may help display the current session.

For any further inquiries, you can also contact our technical support team by following these steps:

  • Navigate to the "Support" dropdown in the upper navigation bar and select "Contact Us"
  • Complete the form with as much detail as possible and click Submit. This will generate a support ticket in our system, and we will respond within 24 hours.

I will try these steps in my next scheduled exam.

I also wanted to know if i should see the scheduled exam under my sessions on guardian browser, because i dont see it now for the scheduled exam.

In response to your follow-up question about whether the scheduled exam should appear under "My Sessions" in Guardian Browser, please follow the steps below:
 

To view your scheduled exam:

  1. Visit certification.adobe.com.
  2. Navigate to My Account > Certifications.
  3. Under the Upcoming Exams Scheduled section, you should see your exam listed.
