I can't figure out how to change the image in the jumbotron.

It doesn't let me do anything in edit mode. 

What am I missing?

I figured it out: I had to remove the targeting first. Then it let me edit the component ...

I'm glad you were able to find a solution to your own question. Can I ask which Adobe product you were using when you experienced this issue so that I can classify it appropriately?
