I received from Adobe Authorized Training Center Instructor an invitation for an educational institution to apply as an authorized Adobe training center. I was identified as an instructor for the parent company for which I also work. It is a requirement for instructors to provide training on Adobe products, so it is imperative that I be associated with that training center, but I have made several attempts and I have not been able to validate the application. The biggest problem is that I got some degree of assistance, but they never solved my case. Moreover, it seemed that they failed to understand my problem, as I insisted, the situation came to such a point that for days and no one responds to my emails. I feel I have not received the required attention. They sent me a questionnaire to rate the level of attendance and obviously rate them as low as possible. Will someone in the Adobe Training Partners department listen to me carefully and see for our problem? Please help. We are desperate.
