Can't Use Adobe Market

Hey there,

i'm using adobe app on my Mac for a while, and everything use to work really fine until this week.

now, when i'm trying to usr adobe market, this telling me that i have to choose a program first, because it's only for Adobe members ( but i'm an Adobe member ! ) and i'm sing in.

anyone know what i should do ?

Hi Shachar,

Are you using the app on your computer (cloud icon), or are you logging into marketing.adobe.com? If you are trying to launch a Creative products from the icon, the account may be in 'trial' mode. To fix this issue, visit the article here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/trial--1-launch.html. Let us know if you are still experiencing this issue.
