AEM to adobe campaign integration

When i submitted campaign form through AEM 6.1 then i got below error

outdoors/en/test/_jcr_content.campaign.metadata.json HTTP/1.1] com.day.cq.mcm.campaign.servlets.CampaignMetaDataServlet Could not connect to Adobe Campaign
com.day.cq.mcm.campaign.ConnectionException: Unexpected status code (expected 200, was 500)
    at com.day.cq.mcm.campaign.impl.CampaignConnectorImpl.callGeneric(CampaignConnectorImpl.java:190) ....etc

Please let me how i can resolve these error, I referred following link aem to acm integration
