Hi,

It sounds like, its easy to implement Mobile app analytics using GTM in Google Analytics. Is Adobe DTM is really missing these type of implementation??GTM-firebase-explained.jpg

Thanks,

Mobile Apps that aren't really native apps but are instead just wrappers for standard web pages (html pages) can use DTM.  But DTM does not currently support native mobile apps.

Adobe does have frameworks for working directly within native mobile apps, though:

iOS SDK

Android SDK

Not really the same scope as a tag manager, though.

Thanks for the response Josh. Yes, i do have experience on iOS/Android Native mobile app analytics implementation using their SDK. But, i feel like Adobe is missing this feature like what Google provides(using Firebase + GTM to implement Mobile app analytics). Lot more advantage when we have Tag Manager for Native Mobile app(like no need to go through the release process) for any additional custom implementation.

To be honest, i have no idea whether i can compare Firebase App analytics/GTM with Adobe Mobile Services/DTM. But, i felt Adobe is way behind on this one.

Thanks,
