Import data from excel sheet into adobe audience manager

Hi All,

I had data from CRM in excel sheet. Can anyone help me to know the steps to get CRM data into Adobe audience manager and how can we search the customer with custome id.

Hi Tacia,

  Thanks for your  reply. 

  I have created a new  Customer attributes  source in Profiles & Audiences and uploaded the CRM data . Now It is also visible in Audience manager Data source. 

  How can we create traits and segments using the new added Data source.
