Hi,
I assume we can create audience segments with information from lead forms like name, e-mail IDs, company etc
I just want to know the use case of such segments when it comes to AMO campaigns or creating look alikes.
Good day,
Manoj Kandasamy.

You can create audiences in the following interfaces:
Each of the interfaces allows you to create an audience with differing data and options.
Overall, you should be cognisant of passing personally identifiable information (PII) when using these features. Different countries have various laws about PII and where it can be used.

I wonder if the following is really possible? If yes, could you provide a guidance on how to use Customer Attributes for Audience creation through Audience Library?

Hi Andrey Osadchuk,
Customer Attributes is a bit tricky. You could use a composite audience inside the Audience Library interface made up of an Analytics shared segment and real-time data. The shared segment would be segmented based on a Customer Attribute data within Analytics. Unfortunately, this means the qualification of the Analytics segment wouldn't be real-time, but the other qualification criteria would still be real-time.
Alternatively, you could use Target as it too can subscribe to Customer Attributes.
Thanks,
Jantzen
