QA link of experience not showing any changes

Hi there,

i am working on an activity for the Target prep exam and using a dummy website where i installed at.js.

The QA link of exp B is not showing any changes, console logging does not show anything and the global request partner field is empty.

However, the network call for target is displayed in the Network tab of the dev tools.

i ve tried to create a different audience as suggested in another thread but nothing changes.

here the link https://vincenzo.formazionenoproblem.it/geometrixx/?at_preview_token=tZEJ-EnfHdtbx1oF_Zy_GcuHvSTqi3-...

any idea on what s happening?

Hi @Viwuwei

What changes you're expecting in QA mode?

Open your QA link in the Incognito window (please close all other Incognito windows / tabs before). If this does not work - I would recommend to regenerate the QA link (depending on what you change in the activity you may have to regenerate it).

If this doesn't help please feel free to ping here again.

Thanks

Hi @Viwuwei What I understood is that you're trying to see "HELLOOOOO" as HTML text right?

Can you modify any other elements visually like background color change or text color change and see if that's working for you?

Also things to remember -

1. If you're using any audience to the activity make sure "Match Audience rules to see experiences" should be disabled.

Other alternatives you can try as explain in below.

Hope this helps.

i recreated the AB test and here is the qa link: https://vincenzo.formazionenoproblem.it/geometrixx/?at_preview_token=UQBdDUuRW2xOsqfiwd28e27qHcRwB8m...

i ve changed the background color and i see now the errors attached about AT tokens

do you know what they mean?

Hi @Viwuwei

It indicates the issues with preview token and it seems the token associated with different adobe target environment.

Can you regenerate the activity preview token and check the activity. Make sure you're using the Adobe target with your right credentials and right sandbox associated with it.

Just once you can go through the below documentation

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/target/using/activities/activity-qa/activity-qa

it depends on the sandbox i m using.

the sandbox for this url does not show any token error but still the exp B or C is not shown:  https://vincenzo.formazionenoproblem.it/geometrixx/?at_preview_token=tZEJ-EnfHdtbx1oF_Zy_GcuHvSTqi3-...

so to recap: depending on the sanbox there s no token error for this one but still the experience not shown.

any idea?

Hi @Viwuwei ,

are you having issues with the activity if you use this approach instead of using the preview urls?
